In the second race of the day amid heavy snow flurries, the boys 2023 Jr Sassi 3k, 
Damian Wynn of Farmington Area Ski Team captured gold, crossing the finish line in 10:17.2. Quarry Road Ski Team’s Lex Cote won the silver with a time of 10:32, wile Asher Roy of Oxford Hills took the bronze, striding across the line in 11:15.5.
Other top 10 racers were Nick Demarco and Elliot Gerald of Quarry Road, Quinn Hoeft, Wyatt Jessen, and Eli Young of FAST and Reece Pierce of Telstar.
