In Day 2 Nordic competition at Titcomb Mountain in Farmington, Meghan Charles of Mt. Blue started the KVAC Freestyle Pursuit race over 30 ahead of  Maranacook's Laura Parent based on her gold medal performance in the Classical race and extended her lead to take the gold medal in the Freestyle race and the Pursuit. Parent finished second in the freestyle as well as the pursuit. Karli Leighton of Mt. Ararat came in third in both the freestyle and the pursuit.

Maddy Taylor of Maranacook took 4th in both the freestyle and pursuit. Leavitt's Tamra Benson came in 5th in the freestyle and 6th in the pursuit. 6th place in the Freestyle went to Chelsea Seabold of Mt. Blue. Maura Taylor of Maranacook  finished 6th in the pursuit.

In the boys competition, Roy Varney of Leavitt took advantage of the large lead he earned with his gold medal finish in the classical race and held of his competitors to win the KVAC Freestyle Pursuit championship. Mick Gurney of Mt. Blue, however, took the gold medal in the Freestyle race with the day's fastest time of :16:09.7. Maranacook's Carter McPhedran won the silver in the Freestyle race with a time of :16:14.8 and moved up to a 4th place finish in the pursuit. His teammates took the next two freestyle spots with Luke Bartol taking the bronze in both the freestyle and pursuit and Mark McLaughlin coming in 4rh in the freestyle, 2nd in the pursuit. Varney finished 5th in the freestyle while Oxford Hills' Cameron Bancroft took 6th. .

In team cometition, both the Maranacook boys and girls are the 2018 KVAC Nordic champions.
